Lucy Hancock is an entrepreneur, Fulbright Scholar, organizational trainer, and emotional-wellness coach. For over a decade, she has worked in the world of international higher education. Today, she helps organizations step into the fullness of their authenticity, empowerment, and potential through the development of healthy relationships.





Sarah Giencke

Sarah Giencke is a Nervous System and Resilience Coach who is certified in TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). She is Founder of Riset Resiliency, a wellness consultancy. Through her work, she helps people reclaim power and balance over their nervous systems so that they can live less stressful and more peaceful lives. Having an intimate relationship with trauma, Sarah deeply understands the connection between the body’s trauma response and adverse life effects—being easily triggered, hypervigilant, and experiencing chronic pain. Sarah places an emphasis on building safety with her clients, while helping them gain self-agency and self-awareness.
